Perform/direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing finite element program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements based on AASHTO. Provide technical support for operation, and maintenance of software. Work with clients primarily focusing on the Bridge Engineering industry segment.
Position requires a Masters degree or a foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering and Mechanics or related field, with a minimum of 6-months experience in the job offered or related field. Requires knowledge of the design of bridges, structural health monitoring and buckling of structures where such knowledge could have been acquired through academic coursework and requires prior experience with algorithms. Travel is required to unanticipated locations all over the United States and abroad.
